Unilevel Matching
Bonus (Paid Monthly)
Earn Matching Bonuses of up to 20% on the Unilevel Bonus of your personally
sponsored Distributors. Plus, earn up to 10% matching bonuses on up to three
(3) additional levels.
Matching Bonuses encourage Sponsors to mentor and help develop Distributors
deep within their marketing organization. This bonus pays on the activity of
your Personal Enrollment Tree. Therefore, the placement of a downline
Distributor within your Dual Team structure does not affect your Matching Bonus
payout.

Generational
Leadership Bonus (Paid Monthly)
Organo Gold rewards the development of leaders. As you develop Leadership
within your organization, your rewards grow exponentially. When you reach the
level of Sapphire (or above), and as you develop new Sapphires (and above)
within your organization, you will be paid down to as many as four (4)
generations of Sapphires (and above). A Generation begins when a Qualified
Sapphire or higher is found in any leg of your Personal
Enrolment Tree and ends with, but does not include, the next
Qualified Sapphire or higher. In some instances, you may be paid an infinite
number of levels.

Global Pool (Earned
Monthly, Paid Quarterly)
Reaching for the stars has its own reward.
The Global Pool rewards Leaders who reach beyond their dreams and continue
building the company and their future by generating a high sales volume. Three
percent (3%) of Organo Gold’s Worldwide Unilevel Commissionable Volume (CV)
will be shared by qualified Ruby Distributors and above. The Pool pays in
direct proportion to one’s sales contributions to the total Unilevel CV.
More On Dual Team Bonus
As your team begins to grow, your Right Leg and Left Leg,
you earn a percentage on the sales of those distributors you, your upline, and
your downline place within your placement tree. This percentage is determined
by the Product Pack you enrolled into the OG Business with. If you started your
business with;
- a. Bronze Pack – You make 10% from team growth and first order sales in your team.
- b. Silver Pack – You make 15% from team growth and first order sales in your team.
- c. Gold Pack – You make 20% from team growth and first order sales in your team.
This Dual Team Bonus may also be referred to as Infinite
Binary Compensation Plan. With this bonus you earn on your own sales, as well
as sales of your upline, and people on your downline!
A minimum of 300CV on each leg is required to generate a
bonus. When a Dual Team Bonus pays out, an equal amount of CV is deducted from
each leg. This bonus is paid weekly. If you maintain your qualified
status, any unpaid volume will be carried over to the next week.
Let’s explain by example:
Let say that you already have two teams, and on a given week
your left leg generated 1000cv and your right leg generated 1275cv (remember
that Only First Orders and Builder Packs are calculated for Dual Team).
Note : Bonus is given in granularity of 300CV.
- As a Marketing Associate your commission for the week will be 900CV * 10% = $90.
- As a Consultant your commission for the week will be 900CV * 15% = $135
- As a Gold or Sapphire your commission for the week will be 900cv * 20% = $180
The Carry Over (which is the amount of CV left unpaid and
carried over to the next commissionable period) in the above example will be
100CV (1000-900) in the Left Team, and 375CV (1275-900) in the Right Team.
It is also worth mentioning that while your sponsor may place distributors under any or each of your legs, you will not qualify to earn from the OG Dual Team Bonus till you have PERSONALLY ENROLLED two (2) or more people into the OG Business circle. At this point, you can surely benefit from the activities of the distributors placed under you by your sponsor.
